Downsizing by Design uses a web-based tool that creates a comprehensive listing and fair market value of a household’s belongings. This can be useful for insurance purposes, to distribute assets during or following a move, in a divorce or upon a loved one’s passing.

The inventory lists assets by category, documents market value of items, stores photos and is sorted by room. It can be shared with the client and their families so that division of belongings is clear and concise.
